Booking and Order information
All orders are subject to availability and are only confirmed once accepted. We require a minimum of 1 week’s notice, with weekend collections to be ordered by Monday latest.
For custom cakes featuring fondant details, acrylic toppers, or card toppers, we recommend 2 weeks’ notice as these elements are subject to supplier availability. Short-notice orders may require design adjustments or removal of these elements.
If we’re unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
