Order Confirmation & Booking

All website orders are required to pay in full to secure the order. All website orders are subject to availability. A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required on cakes. If we’re unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Custom cakes require a 50% non-refundable deposit after you’re being sent an invoice to secure the booking. Orders are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. By paying the deposit, you agree to all Dreamcream Terms & Conditions.

 


Final Payment

 

The remaining balance of custom cakes must be paid strictly no later than 5 days prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment upon collection/delivery are not accepted. Orders will not be completed or released without full payment. If the final balance is not received by the due date, Dreamcream reserves the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit.
Custom Orders placed within 7–9 days of the required date must be paid in full at the time of booking. All payments are to be made via the bank details provided on your invoice.

 


Cancellations

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery will result in the full order amount being forfeited.
Design & Product Disclaimer
All orders are lovingly created by hand. As such, slight variations in colour, texture, and decoration may occur, and we reserve the right to use our creative discretion.
We do not replicate other artists’ work. No two designs are ever exactly the same—even two Dreamcream creations. We welcome inspiration photos or mood boards and use them to design something uniquely tailored to you.

Promotional Offers & Discount Codes

Promotional offers, launch specials, introductory offers, and discount codes are valid only within the advertised promotional period and are subject to availability. The introductory discount code WELCOME5 is valid for the month of May only and applies exclusively to eligible website orders over $250. The offer does not apply to custom cake orders. Customers may place advance website orders during the promotional period to take advantage of the offer. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to existing orders and may not be combined with any other offer unless stated otherwise. Dreamcream by Ammara Omair reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.

 


Photography & Marketing

 

We cannot guarantee that every order will be photographed. If you wish to capture your cake, we recommend taking photos before your event.
Dreamcream reserves the right to photograph your order before, during, and after the creation process, and to use these images for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without compensation.
Transport & Handling Responsibility
Guidance for safe transport and storage will be provided where required.
Once your order has been collected or delivered in good condition, Dreamcream is not responsible for any damage caused during transport, handling, or storage thereafter.

 


Allergy Disclaimer

 

All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and more.
While care is taken to minimise cross-contamination, Dreamcream cannot guarantee that products are allergen-free and accepts no liability for any allergic reactions. All Dreamcream products are made using halal-friendly ingredients.

 


Agreement

 

By confirming your order and/or making payment, you acknowledge and agree to all Dreamcream Terms & Conditions.
Orders will only be released once full payment has been received.
